Start Date: May 4
End Date: May 12
Feast Day: May 13
Patronage: The Rosary, Peace, Portugal, and Reparation for Sins
Daily Intention:
For peace in the world and the conversion of sinners, as Our Lady of Fatima requested.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Opening Prayer (to be said each day):
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You! I ask pardon of You for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love You!
Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly, and I offer You the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference with which He Himself is offended. And, through the infinite merits of His most Sacred Heart, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of poor sinners. Amen.
Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the Rosary and Mother of Mercy, who has deigned to come to Fatima to
reveal to the three little shepherds the treasures of graces hidden in the recitation of the Rosary, inspire
our hearts and the hearts of all the faithful with a sincere love of this devotion. Trusting in your maternal
mercy, and grateful for the goodness of your Immaculate Heart, we beg you to hear our prayers and to
answer the favors we so earnestly seek of you in this novena, namely, for a revitalized devotion to and
belief in Jesus’ Real Presence in the Most Holy Eucharist, for a complete surrender to Jesus and to His
Divine Mercy, and for any other intentions we may offer (mention requests here)…
DAY 1: A PLEA FOR REPARATION
Bible Verse:
“Return to me with all your heart, with fasting, weeping, and mourning. Rend your hearts and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.”
— Joel 2:12–13
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady echoed Heaven’s divine appeal: return to God with sorrow and love. She calls us to console our Adorable Jesus, whose Heart is pierced by the world’s indifference and sin. Reparation is not merely penance—it is love offered in response to love wounded. Through Mary’s Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, we are invited to join in healing the Heart of Jesus with our prayers, sacrifices, and contrition. Let us answer this urgent call with faith, humility, and love.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who appeared at Fatima to Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta to ask for the conversion of a sinful world, we beg you for the grace to grieve sincerely over our own sins and over those that weigh so heavily upon the souls of humanity—sins that crushed the Divine Son beneath the Cross and nailed Him to it upon the heights of Calvary.
O Advocate of Sinners, pierce our hearts with true contrition and fill us with intense gratitude and love for so good a God. In union with the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, we offer our hearts—with all their miseries, weaknesses, and good desires—in reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Son of God, for the many sins, outrages, blasphemies, sacrileges, and offenses by which He is so grievously offended.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 2: FOR THE CONVERSION OF SINNERS
Bible Verse:
“I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
— Luke 5:32
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady opened her heart to reveal the sorrow of Heaven over unrepented sin. Her appeal was clear: stop offending our Adorable Jesus, who is already so deeply wounded. We are called to share in her mission of mercy by praying and offering sacrifices for the conversion of sinners—including ourselves. Heaven waits patiently, but urgently, for hearts to turn back. Let us be intercessors of hope, helping bring souls to the merciful Heart of Jesus through love and reparation.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima confided to three little children the anguish and pain of a true mother’s heart with the plea, “Let them offend Our Lord no more, for He is already much offended,” obtain for sinners the grace of repentance.
Mindful of our own sinfulness and unworthiness, we humbly ask you to accept our desire to pray and sacrifice for the conversion of sinners. O Refuge of Sinners, obtain for them—and for us—the pardon of so many sins. A word from you can draw down grace and forgiveness for all.
Hasten, O Lady, the conversion of sinners, that we may love Jesus and cease to offend God, who is already so grievously wounded. Turn your eyes of mercy toward us so that, from this day forward, we may love God with all our hearts on earth and enjoy Him forever in Heaven.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 3: DEVOTION TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY AND WORLD PEACE
Bible Verse:
“And His mercy is from generation to generation upon those who fear Him. He has shown strength with His arm… He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich He has sent away empty.”
— Luke 1:50–53
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady revealed that peace in the world is inseparable from devotion to her Immaculate Heart. Her heart is not only a refuge but a path that leads us to our Adorable Jesus. True peace begins within—when order, purity, and love reign in our souls. Through this devotion, we offer reparation, seek conversion, and become channels of divine mercy. Let us entrust ourselves to her Heart, asking her to bring peace to our hearts, families, nations, and the entire world.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima made known to Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta God’s request for devotion to the Immaculate Heart to obtain peace in the world, restore in our souls that “tranquility of order” of which Saint Augustine speaks. We do not seek mere rest from our labors or relief from outward turmoil, but that true interior peace of which you are Queen.
O Queen of Peace, restore harmony in our families, and order in our society, so ravaged by the evils of sin. Through your powerful intercession with the Prince of Peace, who assumed our human nature in your virginal womb, obtain for us perseverance in virtue, patience in trial, courage in persecution, zeal for His glory, enthusiasm in loving and serving our God, and confidence in the public defense of His Holy Name and of His divine and natural laws.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 4: THE HOLY ROSARY
Bible Verse :
“My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my savior. For he has looked upon his handmaid’s lowliness… He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones but lifted up the lowly.”
— Luke 1:46–48, 52
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady came holding the Rosary—the prayer Heaven offers us in times of darkness. She invites us to meditate on the life of Jesus through her eyes and heart. The Rosary brings peace, clarity, and strength when we feel lost or weak. It draws us into the mysteries of Christ’s love, suffering, and glory. Let us cling to this prayer daily, asking Our Lady to lead us always closer to her Son, our Adorable Jesus, and to lasting peace.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who revealed yourself at Fatima to Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta as “Our Lady of the Rosary,” renew in our hearts the joy of true devotion to you.
May the meditation on the mysteries of the Life, Passion, and Glory of your Divine Son be for us strength in weakness, hope in doubt, courage in suffering, and gratitude in joy.
O Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, in these times of trial and confusion, obtain for us—through the Precious Blood of your Son—pardon for our sins, the salvation of our souls, and the grace to remain faithful.
Protect our families from the dangers around us and keep us safe under your care. Help the Holy Catholic Church triumph over all evil, and may the Kingdom of Christ spread across the earth.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 5: PURITY AND MODESTY
Bible Verse:
“Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God.”
— Matthew 5:8
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady’s radiant purity reflected Heaven itself. She reminds us that purity of heart, mind, and body leads us closer to our adorable Jesus. In a world clouded by impurity and confusion, modesty and chastity shine as signs of grace and dignity. Through Mary’s intercession, we seek the strength to resist temptation, love holiness, and uphold the beauty of virtue. Let us strive to mirror her immaculate purity, so Christ may dwell more fully in our hearts.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who appeared at Fatima to Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta clothed in dazzling white, have mercy on those tempted by the sin that most directly opposes your exalted purity. O blessed Virgin, whose virginity was so beloved by God that He worked a singular miracle to preserve it, have compassion on all who struggle against the seductions of impurity.
O Virgin Most Pure, grant our souls the grace to firmly resist this temptation and protect us from every occasion of sin. Fill our hearts with a deep, unwavering love for holy purity.
Restore us to our baptismal innocence, and immerse us in the fragrance of your spotless chastity. O Immaculate Heart of Mary, form within our hearts the Most Sacred and Adorable Heart of Jesus—your Son, who is Eternal and Incarnate Purity itself.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 6: PRIESTS, RELIGIOUS, AND RULERS
Bible Verse:
“Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.'”
— Matthew 9:37–38
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady offered Heaven’s remedy for a world in moral crisis—calling for prayer and sacrifice especially for priests, religious, and rulers. Those entrusted with spiritual and civil leadership carry immense responsibility. We pray that priests may be holy, living icons of our Adorable Jesus, and that religious and rulers may govern with wisdom, justice, and fidelity to God’s law. Through Mary’s intercession, may their hearts be conformed to Christ, the Eternal High Priest and King of Kings.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima entrusted to Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta a merciful solution to the moral crisis of our times, look with compassion upon those who shepherd our souls and those who govern our nations. Almighty God will call these spiritual and temporal leaders to account for the souls and people entrusted to their care.
O Mother of the Eternal High Priest and Divine Victim, obtain for His priests the grace to apply to themselves the words they speak at the altar each day: “This is my Body, this is my Blood,” while recalling within: “I am no longer myself; I am Jesus, Jesus crucified. I am, like the bread and wine, no longer myself, but by consecration, another.”
And for our civil leaders, obtain a deep reverence for divine and natural law, so that, guided by God’s truth, they may govern your people in righteousness and peace.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 7: THE VISION OF HELL
Bible Verse:
“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and those who enter through it are many. How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life. And those who find it are few.”
— Matthew 7:13–14
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady allowed the children a terrifying glimpse of Hell—not to frighten, but to awaken love and urgency in hearts. Her words, “Pray and sacrifice for sinners,” remind us of our role in God’s plan of mercy. Through the prayers of the faithful, many can be saved. May this vision stir us from indifference and draw us to deeper conversion, love of Jesus, and reparation for sin. Let us never grow numb to eternity or forget the reality of Hell.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima showed Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta a brief but terrifying vision of Hell, preserve us from its eternal flames. “O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell.”
How generous was the children’s response to your maternal plea: “Pray, pray much, and sacrifice for sinners, for many souls go to Hell because there is no one to offer sacrifices and pray for them.”
O Mother of Mercy, through you, God took on our humanity to redeem us from sin and open the gates of Heaven. The suffering of Jesus in His Passion should draw from us a love as self-giving as His Precious Blood. And yet, we persist in sin and forget the price of our salvation.
Shake us from spiritual lethargy. Stir our souls by this vision of Hell and move us to heed your plea: to amend our lives, to love your adorable Son, and to pray earnestly for the conversion of sinners.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 8: THE ERRORS OF ATHEISM
Bible Verse:
“The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They act corruptly, they do abominable deeds; there is no one who does good.”
— Psalm 14:1
Reflection:
Our Lady at Fatima warned of the grave errors that would spread if humanity did not return to God. Atheistic ideologies, especially Communism, have rejected God’s truth and brought untold suffering. Her prophetic message calls us to conversion, reparation, and defense of the faith. In a world growing increasingly hostile to belief, we turn to Mary, Help of Christians, to sustain the Church and soften hardened hearts. Through her intercession, may our Adorable Jesus reign over every nation and soul.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima warned Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta that unless people converted and responded to your requests, even worse calamities would come, show yourself a mother to us in these perilous times.
The “errors of Russia”—atheistic Communism and its widespread immorality—had not yet revealed themselves when you spoke, yet they have now indeed spread throughout the world.
O Mary, Help of Christians, your maternal heart cannot fail to be moved with compassion at the sight of your children suffering under the yoke of these godless ideologies. Yet what sorrow must fill your heart as so many souls willingly embrace the very errors you came to warn against!
In this age of open impiety and moral confusion, reveal again your power as in times past. Be merciful to the Church of your Divine Son, now so sorely tried in this global conflict between truth and falsehood. May your Immaculate Heart triumph, and may the world return to the peace found only in our adorable Jesus.
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
DAY 9: THE TRIUMPH OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY
Bible Verse:
“And a great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.”
— Revelation 12:1
Reflection:
At Fatima, Our Lady revealed the triumph of her Immaculate Heart as a sign of hope for the Church and the world. Though humanity suffers and endures trials, we have confidence in her intercession and the ultimate victory of God’s grace. Her “Fiat” marked the beginning of redemption, and her triumph will mark the renewal of all things. In this moment of great difficulty, we entrust our lives and the world to her maternal care and unfailing love.
Prayer:
O Mary Immaculate, who at Fatima in 1917 warned the world through Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta of a terrible chastisement, and now, in 2025, weep over our sorrows and fears in this time of global crisis and uncertainty, you carry in your heart the sufferings of all your children. You are indeed the Mother of Sorrows, and we entrust our trials and hopes to your loving care, confident that your Immaculate Heart will guide us through these turbulent times.
But you are also the “woman clothed with the sun,” chosen by God the Father to be the Mother of His Only Begotten Son and espoused by the Holy Spirit. Your “Fiat” began the work of redemption; your intercession brought the first public miracle of Jesus, and in your company, the Apostles received the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
Fill our souls with unwavering confidence in the fulfillment of your prophecy at Fatima: “In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph!”
O Adorable Jesus, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.
Amen.
